Location: 400 Bellevue Parkway, Wilmington, DE 19809 — onsite
Clinic Dates: Tuesday, October 6; Tuesday, October 13; and Wednesday, October 14, 2026
Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
Pay: $190/hour for onsite coverage; $140/hour for separately scheduled telemedicine lab-result consultations
Engagement: Per diem, independent contractor (1099)
Earn approximately $1,805 per onsite clinic day providing focused preventive care in a professional corporate setting. Physicians may work one, two, or all three available dates. The full scheduled clinic shift is paid even if patients cancel or the appointment schedule is not full.
This assignment offers a defined outpatient scope, approximately 20 scheduled patients per clinic day, onsite clinical support, and no hospital rounds, insurance billing, on-call responsibilities, or ongoing patient panel.

What you will do
- Conduct preventive wellness examinations and health assessments.
- Review medical histories, medications, current concerns, and health risk factors.
- Discuss screening findings and laboratory results with patients.
- Provide individualized preventive-care guidance and patient education.
- Recommend appropriate follow-up with a primary-care provider or specialist.
- Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation.
- Conduct separately scheduled telemedicine lab-result consultations when assigned.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional clinical standards.
Required qualifications
- MD or DO degree.
- Active, unrestricted Delaware physician license at the time of application.
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Occupational Medicine, or another relevant primary-care specialty. Board-eligible physicians cannot be considered for this assignment.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR.
- Ability to practice independently within a defined preventive outpatient scope.
- Strong patient-education, communication, and documentation skills.
- Comfort using an electronic medical record system.
- Reliable transportation to the Wilmington worksite.
Preferred experience
- At least three years of post-training clinical experience.
- Experience in primary care, occupational medicine, preventive medicine, employee health, or urgent care.

- Malpractice coverage is provided.

- Mileage, hotel, and other travel expenses are not reimbursed.
- Technology and equipment expectations will be reviewed before the assignment.
