Patient Care Coordinator — Flu Clinic | Midtown NYC | Oct. 14 | $20/hr

Pay: $20/hour — the full shift is paid, including setup and breakdown
Contract Type: Per Diem — Independent Contractor (1099)

One day running the front desk at a corporate flu clinic in Midtown. No clinical licence or medical background required — if you have handled a busy reception, you can do this. Training is provided before the day.

The assignment

• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (clinic runs 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM; setup and breakdown are paid at the same rate)
• Lexington Avenue, New York, NY — beside Grand Central
• One coordinator opening

• A briefing and training session beforehand, so you know exactly how the clinic runs before you arrive

What you will do

• Greet and check in employees as they arrive
• Hand out consent forms and check they are complete
• Keep the queue moving and appointments on schedule
• Direct any clinical question to the nursing team
• Keep the check-in area tidy and records in order
• Help set up at the start of the day and pack down at the end

Requirements

• Front-desk, reception, administrative or high-volume customer-service experience
• Healthcare background welcome but not required
• Organized, comfortable with people, basic computer skills
• Able to get to Midtown Manhattan for a 9:00 AM start
