- Strong Verbal and Nonverbal Communication Skills
- Patience, a sense of humor, and a sincere desire to be of service to older adults
- Ability to pass a background check including Criminal Background and motor vehicle history review.
- Ability to provide both personal and companion care
- Ability to be compassionate, patient, and understanding while supporting older adults ability to be autonomous
- A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable automobile
- Must have Dementia and Alzheimer experience.
