About this role
As an R&D Lab Technician, you will play a key role in the validation and verification of new and existing products by performing strain gage and product testing, reliability assessments, thermal and functional evaluations, and performance testing under various environmental and operational conditions.
- Conducting hands-on product testing and verifications, arriving to results and conclusions. Entering results into system or producing test reports
- Organizing and creating documentation, ordering parts and equipment, maintaining lab materials BOM level
- Improving test equipment setups, flexibility, stability and capability. Creating new test setups.
- Conduct hands on product testing and report results into relevant documentation
- Maintain lab BOM levels and organize documentation

Requirements
- Hands on experience in soldering, wiring, assembly, electronical and/or mechanical test systems, lab experience.
- Practical Engineer certification - an advantage
- Usage of microscope, soldering operations, assembly, electric/mechanical testing
- Ability to communicate, Good interpersonal relationship.
