We are seeking a highly motivated Executive at Oragadam, Chennai to join our HR team on a full-time basis.

Position Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle for Company Trainees, BOAT Trainees, and Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs), including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, learning and development, attendance management, internal communications, women employee initiatives, employee relations, and exit processes.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

·      Manage end-to-end recruitment for Company Trainees, BOAT Trainees and GETs.

·      Coordinate campus hiring, walk-ins and sourcing activities.

·      Screen candidates, schedule interviews and support offer release.

·      Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle

·      Handle joining formalities, induction and documentation.

·      Track confirmations, extensions and conversions.

·      Maintain accurate employee records.

Employee Engagement & Culture

·      Conduct employee engagement programs, celebrations and recognition activities.

·      Drive employee wellness and culture-building initiatives.

Women's Network & Diversity

·      Coordinate Women’s Network programs and development initiatives.

·      Support diversity, equity and inclusion activities.

Learning & Development

·      Coordinate technical and behavioral training programs.

·      Track training effectiveness and participation.

Attendance & Absenteeism Management

·      Monitor attendance and absenteeism trends.

·      Prepare reports and coordinate corrective actions with managers.

Internal Communication

·      Prepare presentations for Communication Meetings, Town Halls and management reviews.

·      Publish HR updates and dashboards.

Employee Relations

·      Support employee queries, grievance handling and counseling.

Exit Management

·      Conduct exit interviews and manage separation formalities.

HR Reporting & Compliance

·      Prepare HR MIS reports and support audits and compliance activities.


Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field. MBA/MSW (HR) preferred.

Experience: 5 to 8 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial organizations.
