About this role
- Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment plans (mass hiring, technical roles, operations positions, etc.) in alignment with overall workforce planning.
- Conduct labor market research and mapping within the manufacturing sector to ensure a stable and effective talent pipeline.
- Directly manage recruitment for key and/or high-volume positions, ensuring both hiring timeline and quality targets are met.
- Develop and optimize mass hiring processes to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with HRBPs, Manufacturing stakeholders, and relevant departments to forecast and fulfill manpower demands in a timely manner.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives for the Manufacturing function.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong preference for candidates experienced in mass hiring and manufacturing recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing labor market with the ability to analyze data and propose effective recruitment solutions.
- Proven experience in managing high-volume recruitment projects and meeting aggressive hiring targets.
- Good planning, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Proactive, passionate, result-driven, and able to work under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.
