In this role, you will be instrumental in the Escooter-Ebike Institute, using your extensive skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control and VINFAST suppliers, to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation.
- Establish, maintain, and ensure accuracy of the PFEP data system.
- Ensure consistency between data in management systems (SAP, Power BI) and actual project timelines.
- Closely track key milestones (Data Release, SOR, SOB, Tooling Kick-off, ETD/ETA of parts), proactively identify and raise supply chain risks.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering (R&D), Logistics, and Quality Management teams to resolve issues and ensure parts are delivered on time to support project development milestones.
- Analyze supply chain bottlenecks.
- Propose risk mitigation solutions (e.g., transport mode adjustments, alternative sourcing) and submit recommendations for approval to the PMO Lead or Chief Engineer (CE).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Logistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project purchasing management or supply chain roles within large-scale manufacturing companies
- Competent in English, both written and verbal
- Results-oriented with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure, technical mindset
