Position Context
- Lead Design and release Engineering on future model programs for all development, including to meet VINFAST Engineering Requirements and product development timing
- Lead the Interior development team to deliver best in class driving experience and meet VINFAST Engineering Requirements and product development timing.
- Flexibility and drive to overcome the geographical challenges of working with Global Project Stakeholders.
