About this role
Position Overview
The Head of Global Logistics will own the global logistics strategy and
operating model, covering inbound logistics, production
logistics, outbound logistics, finished vehicle logistics, warehousing,
transportation, customs, and logistics network design across multiple
markets.
The successful candidate will combine strategic
leadership with strong operational expertise, driving logistics
network optimization, cost efficiency, service excellence, digital
transformation, and supply chain resilience as the company expands globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop
and execute the global logistics strategy, operating model, and
governance.
- Lead
end-to-end logistics covering inbound, plant/production logistics,
warehousing, transportation, and finished vehicle distribution.
- Optimize
the global logistics network, transportation routes, warehouse
footprint, and logistics flows.
- Ensure
strong JIT/JIS, material availability, and production logistics performance.
- Manage
strategic relationships with 3PL/4PLs, carriers, freight forwarders,
ports, and logistics partners.
- Drive logistics
cost optimization, productivity, and continuous improvement across
global operations.
- Lead digital
transformation, including WMS/TMS, logistics visibility, automation,
and data-driven optimization.
- Establish
supply chain risk management and business continuity strategies.
- Build
and lead a high-performing global logistics organization across
regions and plants.
- Partner
closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance,
and Aftermarket teams.
Requirements
- 15+
years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain, with significant
global leadership experience.
- Strong
preference for automotive OEM, Tier-1 automotive, large-scale
manufacturing or international supply chain experience.
- Proven
expertise in JIT/JIS, plant logistics, inbound logistics,
transportation, warehousing, and finished vehicle logistics.
- Strong
track record in global network optimization and logistics cost
reduction.
- Experience
with 3PL/4PL management and logistics digital transformation.
- Demonstrated
ability to lead large, multi-country teams and complex
transformation programs.
- Bachelor's
degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related
field; MBA/Master's preferred.
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
