SCHEDULE: Wednesday through Friday 9:00AM to 5:30PM, Saturday and Sunday 7:00AM to 3:30PM
COMPENSATION: $72,000 - $78,000

Position Summary
The role of the operations department at Verve is order fulfillment which includes receipt and processing of a customer order through delivery. The Production Supervisor is the main driver of day-to-day performance within the Verve operations department. Specifically, the Production Supervisor is responsible for product packaging, order pick & pack, quality assurance and SQF compliance, and outbound distribution. The Production Supervisor leads a team towards the goal of on-time, accurate, and efficient execution of these four main responsibilities across a variety of revenue channels including Wholesale and Ecommerce and Grocery.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure daily order batch fulfillment across all sales and distribution channels (Wholesale, Ecommerce, and Grocery).
Prioritize and fulfill Verve Cafe orders reliably, resolving any system or operational obstacles promptly.
Oversee key accounts, including Capital One and VIP clients, ensuring accurate and on-time processing.
Provide leadership, coaching, and talent development to foster department team growth and retention.
Execute daily production plans to satisfy volume requirements across Wholesale and Ecommerce channels.
Coordinate with Customer Experience to assign accounts to optimal shipping methods (Verve Delivery, Customer Pick-up, UPS/FedEx, Carrier).
Collaborate daily with the RTD Production Manager to supply required documentation for outgoing shipments.
Oversee printing, organization, and distribution of packing slips and shipping documentation for E-Commerce, B2B, and Grocery orders.
Communicate production schedules to Production Leads to guarantee timely packaging and staging, accounting for promotional labor needs.
Lead morning huddles and W4W shift alignments.
Maintain and take ownership of production scheduling and performance-tracking documentation.
Monitor daily production metrics using Doss, ShipStation, Wholesale Fulfillment Tracker, Grocery Weekly Tracker, and Cafe Ordering Tracker.
Track and verify all orders through final delivery confirmation using established tracking tools.
Review daily Wholesale and Ecom production reports, prioritizing production according to volume and channel urgency.
Manage and clear the Open Sales Order report daily.
Process daily invoicing in Doss, including QC scanning, shipping label creation, and closing outgoing shipments.
Print, manage, and verify staging for standard NORs with Production Leads.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline operations.
Supervise coffee and supply order processing for all Verve Retail locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area that reflects brand standards.
Oversee and actively support fulfillment sub-functions, including packaging, picking/packing, staging, QC, invoicing, and delivery.
Enforce SOPs, safety, sanitation, and GMP/Food Safety guidelines across all shifts.
Manage workflow, task allocation, and team assignments to meet daily volume targets within defined lead times.
Optimize delivery routes and schedules for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Monitor production machinery and fleet vehicles to ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, calibration, and safety.
Direct daily sanitation and facility organization routines.
Propose actionable process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Delegate responsibilities fairly to support team morale, establishing clear handover goals between AM and PM shifts.
Qualifications and Requirements
4+ years of experience in production and logistics management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and production planning software
A demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team, through positivity and approachability
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
Must have or be willing to obtain forklift certification
Valid California Driver's License required.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Coffee production knowledge is a plus.

Essential vision capabilities for this role encompass close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Furthermore, adept finger and wrist dexterity are essential for successful performance in this position.
