About the role

Verda is opening new data center sites, and we need senior technicians to act as the hands-on technical leads of a site, especially when there's no dedicated site manager. You'll manage day-to-day operations as the hands-on lead of operations at your site, and plan out future installations and upgrades as more power becomes available.

What You’ll Do

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage systems, networking equipment, and other data center hardware

• Monitor data center environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, power) and respond to alerts

• Ensure uptime and availability of data center infrastructure, often in 24/7 environments

• Lead or contribute to data center build-outs, migrations, and refresh projects

• Collaborate with remote hands teams, network engineers, and system administrators

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's / Master's in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field

• 3–5+ years of progressive data center or IT infrastructure experience for a senior-level role

• Direct experience with enterprise GPU servers (Ampere, Hopper, Blackwell)

Nice to Have

• Experience with liquid cooling loops, DLC, and maintenance of liquid cooling solutions
