RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Driver Technician to join our team. As a Driver Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods and equipment. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems on the go.

Safely operates medium to large trucks daily to deliver and pick up rental equipment at theme parks, resorts, and other facilities as instructed
Deliver orders via the most effective route to ensure complete orders are delivered according to established time frames and customer/guest needs
Perform maintenance services for mobility equipment, including strollers, wheelchairs, ECV's, lockers and other allied equipment
Ensure documents delivery and accuracy, and receipt of orders by the customer according to company directives reporting any discrepancies to company
Maintain a safe work area and complies with safety procedures and equipment operating rules, keeping work areas in a clean and orderly condition
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
Loading and unloading equipment in a timely manner
Follow all traffic laws and regulations
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment as required
Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Valid driver's license
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a box truck driver
Strong knowledge of local roads and routes
Excellent driving and computer skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
