Drive Cross-Functional Execution - Align stakeholders around shared goals, tradeoffs and outcomes to achieve maximum impact.
- Embed population health outputs into customer quarterly reviews, account plans, and go-to-market narratives.
Lead Strategic Programs & Delivery - Lead across stakeholders the delivery of mission-critical population health and quality intervention programs from ideation through implementation and customer success.
- Document business cases, timelines, resourcing, teams and milestones; facilitate cross-functional planning and alignment sessions.
- Coordinate the accountability of all phases of program execution: design, build, test, pilot, release, adoption and measurement.
Build & Scale the Function - Hire, mentor and develop high-performing teams across analytics, population outreach, program management and customer enablement.
