As organizations rapidly adopt AI assistants, copilots, agents, and autonomous workflows, they face new risks that traditional security tools can’t address. Varonis is building the industry’s first fully autonomous Data Security Platform and defining the emerging category of AI Security. We’re looking for an exceptional Product Manager to help build the next generation of AI Security products - identifying emerging challenges, shaping product strategy in a rapidly evolving market, and working with customers, CISOs, engineers, researchers, and executives to guide how enterprises securely adopt AI at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI Security

  • Drive products from concept through launch and adoption

  • Partner with engineering, data science, security research, and design

  • Work directly with customers, CISOs, analysts, and industry leaders

  • Translate customer needs, risks, and market insights into differentiated capabilities

  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and turn innovation into customer value

  • Influence product and company strategy in a fast‑growing cybersecurity domain

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in cybersecurity or with AI-powered applications, LLMs, AI agents, copilots, or enterprise AI platforms

  • Strong understanding of AI security, governance, and risk

  • Experience building AI Security, AI governance, runtime protection, posture management, or AI risk products - strongly preferred

  • Strong technical aptitude: architectures, APIs, integrations, AI frameworks, data flows, security controls

  • Translate complex technical concepts into customer value and communicate effectively with engineers, security practitioners, CISOs, and executives

  • High ownership, strong product instincts, and passion for AI and cybersecurity
