IVF Coordinator- Medical Assistant

Our Beverly Hills location is seeking a full-time, In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) Coordinator- Medical Assistant. This role is an important part of our team and a MA certification is required for this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Educate patients on treatment protocols, medications, diagnostic procedures and early pregnancy.
Educate patients for signs and symptoms of complications to procedures and medication.
Coordinates the completion of any necessary infertility diagnostic testing and creates a treatment calendar to assist patient in following the prescribed protocol.
Clearly document plan of care with attention to detail using an EMR system.
Assist with in-office procedures, administer medications, and perform phlebotomy.
Pre op prep
The applicant must be a team player. They must be able to work effectively and communicate amongst all members of the health care team to provide continuity of care.
Provide a patient care experience that exceeds their expectation by actively listening to the patient and taking on the role of providing exceptional patient care.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must have Medical Assistant Certification
We are very willing to train the right candidate; experience in Women’s Health Care is a bonus but not required.
Previous IVF or Women's Health related experience is a plus.
Ability to work full-time Monday-Friday with rotation of weekends and holidays as needed
Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn

This role pays between $28 - $40 an hour, depending on experience. We also offer great benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, etc.).
