Call Center Coordinator

Job DetailsJob Location: Beverly Hills - Los Angeles, CA 90211Position Type: Full-TimeSalary Range: $19.00 - $22.00 HourlyReproductive Partners Medical Group is looking for a full-time Call Center Coordinator to join our growing team at our Beverly Hills/Los Angeles location. This is an opportunity to work in the innovative and exciting field of infertility care and be a part of an extraordinary and committed staff.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Handle inbound and outbound calls
Address patient inquiries and resolve issues
Resolve incoming calls to the best of your ability before creating a task
Assist patients and attempt to answer questions, schedule appointments if needed, etc.
Assist patients navigate EMR system
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Punctuality, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and multi-task
Work well under pressure and stressful situations; exhibit emotional control
Ability to display a strong sense of urgency
