Position Details:

  • Location: Northbrook, IL
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday on-site.
  • Compensation: $33-$38/hr

USA Clinics Group is seeking an organized and motivated Clinical Applications Trainer to join our Corporate team! This critical role bridges clinical operations and technology by providing direct training and Tier 1 support to clinical staff and Physicians nationwide. The Clinical Applications Trainer is responsible for delivering hands-on training, creating learning resources, and serving as the first line of support for clinical application issues—helping ensure optimal use of our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and other key clinical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs for physicians, clinical managers, ultrasound technologists, and other healthcare staff on clinical software and workflows.
  • Create training materials, presentations, user guides, and job aids from scratch.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clinic teams and IT, communicating clinical application issues and coordinating resolutions.
  • Support clinical application implementations, upgrades, and workflow changes through training and end-user support.
  • Assess training needs and customize content for different clinical audiences.
  • Promote consistent adoption of software and best practices across clinic locations.
  • Track training effectiveness and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Radiologic Science or Ultrasonography (or equivalent in experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical healthcare environment.
  • Proven experience training healthcare staff, including physicians or clinical leadership.
  • Experience creating training materials and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare software systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
