Full-Time | Outpatient Clinic | $90,000–$110,000/Year + Potential Sign-On Bonus
US Foot & Ankle Specialists is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team. While many of our patients are recovering from foot and ankle conditions, injuries, or surgeries, you’ll also work with a wide range of orthopedic and mobility challenges. Helping patients of all ages regain strength, function, and independence.
This is a great opportunity for a compassionate PT who wants to make a real impact while working alongside podiatrists and a supportive care team.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

Perform evaluations, physical exams, and functional assessments.

Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals.

Provide hands-on care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and patient education.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Accurately document evaluations, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes in the EMR.

Collaborate with podiatrists, surgeons, and other providers for coordinated care.

Maintain a safe, supportive, and patient-focused clinic environment.
Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Washington (required)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Outpatient ortho/foot & ankle rehab experience a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
- $90,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience
- Potential sign-on bonus available for a qualified candidate who can start soon.
