Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced Operating Room (OR) team in Naples, FL. The ideal candidate will be organized, flexible, and proficient in providing exceptional pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care to patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Operating Room environment.
- Assist with pre-operative preparation and post-operative recovery of patients.
- Monitor patient responses effectively.
- Maintain a safe, sterile, and organized OR environment.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Respond quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in compliance with hospital policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience working in an Operating Room or similar fast-paced environment preferred.
- Proficient in IV insertion, management, and monitoring.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and patient needs.
- Knowledge of pre-operative and post-operative nursing care standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
