We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented In-House Cleaner to join our Facilities team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for completing janitorial service requests and maintaining the cleanliness of our properties to Uptown’s high standards.

- Full-time position
- Schedule may vary based on property needs and priorities
🔑 What You’ll Do
Cleaning & Property Upkeep (40%)
- Maintain cleanliness of interior common areas and shared spaces
- Ensure properties consistently meet Uptown’s standards
Work Orders & Productivity (30%)
- Complete assigned janitorial service requests in a timely, professional manner
- Prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency and productivity
Equipment & Supplies (10%)
- Maintain cleaning vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Keep storage areas organized and stocked
Additional Responsibilities (20%)
- Assist team members with work orders as needed
- Travel between properties to complete tasks
- Use internal systems to track work order status and time

- 2+ years of janitorial or cleaning experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Professional communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
