About the Role
You'll support the G4's logistics operations mission, specifically munitions management, helping ensure accountability and readiness of ammunition and munitions supporting the command.
What You'll Do
- Track and report munitions inventory, accountability, and readiness status across supported units.
- Coordinate munitions requirements, requisitions, and distribution planning with logistics and operations staff.
- Support munitions-related policy compliance, safety, and reporting requirements.
- Maintain munitions tracking systems and prepare status reports for command review.
- Coordinate with Army Materiel Command and other munitions proponents as required.
What You'll Need
- Prior experience in munitions management, ammunition accountability, or related Army logistics functions.
- Working knowledge of Army munitions accountability systems and safety/compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail in inventory tracking and reporting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard Army logistics information systems.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
- Must be able to complete a favorable background investigation appropriate to the position within the first week of starting, and obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) within the first two weeks.
- Must complete required security, anti-terrorism, and information assurance training within the first 30 days, and annually thereafter.
- If the position requires a security clearance, must complete annual threat-awareness and operations-security refresher training.
- Professional appearance and conduct consistent with a military headquarters environment.
- No travel required for this position.
