ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking an exceptional and innovative Game Designer to join our team in building, developing, and publishing multiple game portfolios. As a Game Designer, you will collaborate closely with passionate cross-functional teams to create extraordinary experiences for players worldwide.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Monitor, collect, and analyze in-game player data, conduct market research to synthesize insights, and transform these insights into actionable recommendations.
- Brainstorm & consolidate ideas from team members to propose design solutions.
- Take a lead in a high performance team (Music, Creative, Artist, Quality Control, User Acquisition) to ensure you will deliver the game that makes users love.
- Maintain a game roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact.
QUALIFICATIONS
Technical skills requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Game Designer, Product Owner for one or more mobile game products.
- Proven expertise in game design, core loop, and monetization strategies for diverse revenue models (ads, in-app purchases, hybrid) is highly desirable.
- Strong game analysis skills: applicants must be able to intelligently deconstruct & discuss the strengths and weaknesses of games' design and experience.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, able to work effectively in a data-informed environment.
Good sense of user experience & psychology in user design.
Soft skills requirements:
A reliable, independent, and responsible individual.
- Demonstrates a strong interest in and understanding of technology, marketing, analytics, and data-driven solutions.
- A proactive learner who is eager to acquire new skills and stay updated on mobile market trends.
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interaction diagrams.
Practical application of Agile methodologies.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
An effective communicator capable of sharing ideas, discussing projects, and providing constructive feedback.
