Chief of Staff
About this role
We are looking for a Chief of Staff with 1-3 years of experience to join a YC-backed startup that's defining how brands market to AI agents. You'll be a high-agency generalist who thrives in ambiguity, takes the founders' ideas and immediately operationalizes them, and builds systems that create leverage across the entire business.
What will you be doing?
Building and scaling the outbound engine — running experiments, improving messaging, and compounding learnings around positioning
Taking the founders' ideas and learnings from customer conversations and immediately turning them into action (drafting posts, LinkedIn outreach, next steps)
Owning special projects across GTM, product, recruiting, and operations — whatever is most important and least owned
Creating systems and repeatable processes that turn one-off work into scalable engines
Participating in the team's constant informal brainstorming and debate, then independently executing on the best ideas
Key Requirements
Demonstrated high-agency execution in ambiguous environments — you act without waiting to be tasked and course-correct as needed
Stage fit: experience at an early-stage startup (Series B or earlier), as a founder, or in a high-autonomy generalist role — no purely large-company backgrounds
Strong bias for action with a "do too much" mentality — easier to wind back than to push forward
Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (on-site, full-time)
US work authorization required (no visa sponsorship available)
