As a Financial Center Manager at Univest, you’ll lead daily branch operations, support your team, and create a welcoming experience for every customer. We’re looking for a coach, mentor, and relationship-builder who can drive results, promote sound banking practices, and partner across the business to help our customers and communities thrive. We are looking for a Financial Center Manager for our new and upcoming location in Easton, PA!
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong knowledge of Univest’s consumer and commercial products and services
- Motivate and coach staff to work as a team in order to achieve assigned goals
- Develop and implement effective sales and acquisition strategies
- Coach, evaluate and develop staff with career path and succession planning focus
- Generate and maintain expected sales and performance goals
- Monitor and maintain branch profitability
- Identify and develop prospective leads for new business
- Cultivate existing business relationships
- Partner with other lines of business to formulate selling strategies for prospective and existing customers
- Represent the bank in various civic and community functions
- Expected to join and actively participate in at least one civic or non-profit organization
- Expected to periodically participate in bank-sponsored events and community activities
- Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct
- Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalency
- NMLS registration within regulated guidelines
- Strong written/verbal/organizational skills
- Demonstrated independent decision-making skills, effective delegation and leadership skills
- Demonstrated high performance in sales, customer service, business development, and leadership
- Advanced knowledge of consumer and business lending and credit processes preferred
- Ability to work in an accurate and organized manner to effectively manage related-job pressures and deadlines
- Previous experience with MS Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Community/non-profit involvement
Wage Range:
The salary for this position starts at $78,000.00.
