Physical Therapist Pediatric

$5,000 SIGN ON BONUS (Bonus is pro-rated for part time employees)

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available! Full-time 35 hours / week

Salary range is based upon experience

Non-licensed salary $61,121.97

A Child’s Place at Unity House in Troy, NY is looking for passionate and caring Physical Therapists to join our supportive, multidisciplinary team. Work in a meaningful role providing both in-home and school-based services to children ages birth to 5 years old.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to children ages birth–5 years
• Participate in evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Apply current evidence-based pediatric PT practices
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and caregivers to support developmental goals
• Submit documentation, reports, and billing accurately and on time
• Ensure services are delivered in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy and Pediatric internship or pediatric therapy experience strongly preferred
• Three to five years physical therapy experience preferred.  At least two of these years pediatric experience preferred
• NYS certification (Required)
• New graduates will be considered
• Reliable transportation and valid NYS driver’s license
• Strong computer, communication, and problem-solving skills
