Primary Purpose
The Lead Executive Assistant provides strategic administrative and operational support to the CEO & CFO. This role serves as a trusted partner responsible for managing executive priorities, facilitating critical communications, and ensuring alignment across leadership activities. The Sr Executive Assistant also leads and oversees the Executive Assistant function to drive consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness across executive support.
Essential Functions
- Manage complex and highly dynamic calendars for the CEO & CFO, balancing competing priorities and ensuring focus on critical business needs.
- Act as a strategic liaison and gatekeeper, prioritizing requests and managing access to executive leadership.
- Coordinate and support executive-level meetings, including ELT sessions and external engagements.
- Prepare and oversee high-quality materials, presentations, and communications for senior leadership.
- Manage sensitive and confidential matters with a high level of discretion and judgment.
- Anticipate executive needs, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
- Lead and oversee Executive Assistant support for the broader ELT, including assigning work and setting priorities.
- Establish and standardize processes, tools, and best practices for executive support across the organization.
- Support enterprise-level initiatives and cross-functional coordination efforts.
- Oversee office operations and administrative workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Prior experience supporting a CEO within a medium sized organization (2000 +).

Salary Range
$91,200.00 – $132,200.00 / year
Pay Transparency Statement
At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
