Growth Marketer

San Francisco · On-site$120k – $150k + Equity

About this role

What we're looking for:

We need someone with 3+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing who has scaled paid acquisition at an early-stage, high-growth startup. You should be comfortable building from zero, running experiments end to end, and using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to multiply your output. Bonus points if you've marketed to consumer brands or worked in the creative/media/video space.

What you'll do:

Own and scale paid marketing across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and social channels targeting mid-market consumer brands

Design, launch, and measure growth experiments across paid ads, landing pages, messaging, and audiences

Build the growth engine from scratch — there's no existing playbook, infrastructure, or team to inherit

Drive organic growth through SEO, AEO, email, and lifecycle marketing

Work closely with Sales and Engineering to align campaigns with product launches and pipeline goals

Track performance, manage budgets, and optimize CAC and payback metrics

Leverage AI tools and the company's own platform to accelerate content creation and campaign execution

Collaborate with a dedicated content creator to produce high-performing creative assets
