Our one-year fast-track management program offers highly motivated graduates a unique opportunity to experience the diversity and breadth of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. Through 3 assignments across different teams and functions, combined with significant international exposure, the program is designed to broaden your perspective, accelerate your development and immerse you in some of the Group's most strategic business challenges. • You have strong analytical skills & business sense (financial analysis, business modeling)

What to expect regarding the recruitment steps?

We aim to offer a smooth and engaging recruitment journey, giving you meaningful insights into the Group while helping you assess whether URW is the right fit for you. Throughout the process, you can expect transparency, openness and constructive feedback, whatever the outcome.

• Step 1: Complete our online assessments and showcase your skills.

• Step 2: Meet with our HR team for a one-hour conversation about your background, motivations and career aspirations.

• Step 3: Spend an immersion day with the team, including two 45-minute interviews and the opportunity to discover our environment firsthand.

• Final step: Receive feedback at the end of the immersion day and, if it's a match, start your onboarding journey with us! 🚀

Our benefits

Package: €48,000 gross per year, plus an annual variable bonus, profit-sharing and participation schemes.
