Groundskeeper

-High School Diploma or GED
-Must be able to read and write English
-Two (2) year’s experience in commercial Grounds Maintenance position
-Experience in operating trucks, loaders, large tractors and other job related tools and equipment
-Skilled in operating standard transmission vehicles
-Must be able to follow detailed instructions, both oral and written
-Individual must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable by the University which includes a low-risk driving record

While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:

-Current Pesticide License
-Must be able to work independently
-Paver/irrigation/landscaping experience

Work Schedule - Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm 8 Hrs./day
