About this role
What the candidate will do
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with Uber Freight SaaS Customers through professional and timely communications and inquiry responses
- Troubleshoot issues / system defects.
- Use of internal ticketing systems (TechConnect/Jira); provide specific and detailed comments to ensure Help Desk receives clear actionable requests
- Train customer users on the TMS, leveraging knowledge of customer business practices and workflow
- Onboarding new customers
- Execute user acceptance testing
Basic Qualifications:
- High School degree or GED equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong communication skills - translating complex system processes into simple operational / tactical
- Proven ability to get results across multiple groups and disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years relative experience
- Experience in freight industry with shippers and carriers
- Transportation Management Operational or System experience
- Root-cause issues across configuration, static data, and interfaces
- Manage multiple concurrent clients based on complexity and open item log
This position operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring three days in the office per week, with standard working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.
