Position Summary
As a member of the Fuel Pricing team, the Fuel Pricing Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing supplier pricing and customer pricing strategies that support the business model. Daily processing/data entry of vendor delivery documents and customer invoicing. The team is comprised of three individuals that process Truck and Trailer and Tank Wagon deliveries across our company footprint working closely with our Sales team onboard new customers with pricing and or changes in customer pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with suppliers to receive pricing via electronic means and calculate all pricing formulas. Update supplier pricing information in accounting system, generate pricing reports, and distribute to management on a daily basis.
Based on real-time pricing data, analyze and communicate pricing information to the Transportation Team.
Based on internal pricing and customer pricing schedules, provide customers with quotes via email or phone, as requested.
Process supplier’s delivery information into accounting system, including date of receipt, time of receipt, and quantity received.
Process customer delivery information from our dispatch software and ensure it is accurately reflected in our accounting system.
Maintain customer specific pricing and formulas in our accounting system and update for changes as needed based on delivery locations.
Generate customer invoicing.
Partner with the Transportation and Finance departments to provide data analysis.
Reconcile monthly inventories.
Compile monthly sales information for distribution to customers.
Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequired Education and Experience
Minimum Experience: 2+ years in an accounting or analyst position.
Education: Associate’s degree in accounting, business administration, or combination of education and experience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES:
Demonstrated ERP system competency.
Intermediate Excel spreadsheet skills.
Experience with NetSuite ERP a plus.
Must have strong communication skills and be highly deadline and detail oriented.
Adept at handling multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for innovation, continuous improvement and evolution.
Proactively identifies repetitive or manual processes that could be streamlined or automated.
Comfortable experimenting with new technology and adapting processes as tools and business needs evolve.
Embraces AI, automation, and emerging technologies that improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.

Work Schedule
Hours Per Week: Regularly scheduled for 40 hours per week,
Days Per Week: 5 days per week / 8 hours per day,
Shift: Day shift.
Overtime: Occasional/Regular overtime may be required, depending on month end close.Weekends/Evenings: may be required, depending on month end close.May be required to travel to/from Tyree Oil locations
