Job Title: Delivery Driver/Receiver for Automotive Parts Retailer

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver/FREIGHT RECEIVER, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong work ethic. As a Delivery Driver/Receiver, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of automotive parts to our customers or other NAPA store locations in the area as well as handle all incoming freight. Unloading pallets, including heavy pallets of antifreeze, batteries and rotors that can weigh 50-60 lbs. This is a very physical job for up to 2 hours at a time, between deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently transport automotive parts to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service by delivering parts in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly
• Assist with loading and unloading of parts as needed
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - 60 pounds regularly
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed

Requirements

Valid Drivers License

18+ Years of Age

Good, 3-Year Driving Record for insurance approval to drive a company owned and insured vehicle.

Physical abilities to get in and out of vehicles all day, while carrying, lifting up to 50-60 lbs regularly.

Customer Service oriented personality with a team player attitude willing to do whatever it takes to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction to our customer and store team(s).
