What You'll Do

As an LPN with TK Health, you'll provide essential nursing care to patients within the Seminole County Jail while working alongside RNs, providers, and other members of the healthcare team.

Your responsibilities may include

Providing direct nursing care based on individual patient needs
Administering medications and treatments as ordered
Assessing and monitoring patient conditions
Responding to acute healthcare needs
Assisting with management of chronic medical conditions
Obtaining and documenting vital signs and other clinical information
Maintaining accurate and timely patient documentation
Communicating changes in patient condition to the appropriate provider
Collaborating with the facility's healthcare team
Following established nursing standards, policies, and procedures

The LPN provides care within the scope of practical nursing under the direction and delegation of a Registered Nurse.

What We're Looking For

Valid, unrestricted LPN license
Current CPR certification
Ability to successfully complete a thorough background investigation
Dependable with strong communication and patient-care skills
Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
