Regional Tuition Rate Program Administration
Administer the operational components of the Regional Tuition Rate program, including eligibility review, documentation verification, student communications, and appeals processing.
Review residency-related documentation and determine eligibility in accordance with institutional policies and procedures.
Monitor and maintain accurate tuition coding within Slate and PeopleSoft.
Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance and data integrity.
Serve as the primary point of contact for students and families regarding regional tuition eligibility and requirements.
Collaborate with Financial Aid, Student & University Billing, the Registrar's Office, and Information Technology to resolve student issues and ensure consistent policy implementation.
Prepare reports, track program outcomes, and recommend process improvements.
Enrollment Services Front Desk & Customer Service
Serve as the receptionist and first point of contact for prospective students, current students, families, and visitors within the Enrollment Services building.
Provide exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and email interactions.
Function as a one-stop resource by providing guidance on admissions, financial aid, billing, registration, residency, and enrollment processes.
Assist students and families in navigating university services and connecting with appropriate campus resources.
Manage visitor traffic, appointment coordination, and general front desk operations.
Maintain current knowledge of enrollment-related policies, procedures, and deadlines to provide accurate information.
Residency Classification Functions
Assist with residency classification reviews and verification processes.
Evaluate supporting documentation related to residency status and tuition classification.
Support communication and outreach efforts related to residency determinations.
Collaborate with campus partners to ensure consistent application of residency policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance reporting related to residency determinations.
Other Duties as Assigned
Participate in admissions-related activities such as customer service, application review, event planning, special projects, and committee work as needed.
Perform other duties assigned to support the mission and goals of University Admissions and Enrollment Services.
The work hours for this position may include some weekends as needed.

Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills, with the comprehensive knowledge of and skill in the application of office practices.
Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy , efficiency and timely completion of tasks.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team player with a strong work ethic in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Committed to fostering cross-cultural communication, building positive working relationships and actively contributing to a collaborative office environment.
The familiarity and use of technology is critical to the success of this position and the overall operation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency with databases, student information systems, and/or CRM platforms (i.e. PeopleSoft, ImageNOW and Salesforce)
