- Integrity – We’re honest, transparent, and committed to doing what’s right.
- Customer focus – We have relentless focus on our customers and their success.
- Right with speed – We use good judgement, make thoughtful decisions quickly, and execute them with purpose and intensity.
- Play for each other – We’re a team. We show up for each other and we know that through teamwork we achieve greatness.
- Champion change – We know adaptation and improvement are requirements to survive and to thrive.
- Enjoy the journey – We create an environment where our team feels appreciated and has fun along the way.
In this role you will get to:
- Lead and continuously improve Trystar’s end-to-end SIOP process and planning cadence, including governance, decision rights, and accountability across Demand Review, Supply Review, integrated planning, and Executive SIOP.
- Lead Trystar’s Demand Planning function and partner with Sales and Commercial leaders to drive a consensus-based demand planning process, ensuring the enterprise demand plan incorporates key demand drivers and identifies risks and opportunities.
- Lead Trystar’s Inventory Strategy, including the development of inventory policies, targets, segmentation, and planning approaches that balance customer service, growth, working capital, and operational requirements.
- Partner closely with the Production Planning Leader to ensure the supply and production plan is aligned with the agreed-upon demand plan and overall business priorities.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, and Production Planning to identify capacity constraints, material availability risks, labor requirements, supplier constraints, and other barriers to meeting customer demand.
- Facilitate cross-functional tradeoff discussions and influence decisions related to customer priorities, capacity, inventory positioning, lead times, and other actions required to balance demand and supply.
- Partner with Finance to connect SIOP plans and decisions to the financial planning and forecasting process.
- Drive the continuous improvement of Trystar’s SIOP capabilities and culture, including processes, methodologies, systems, analytics, performance metrics, team development, fact-based decision-making, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Establish and manage key planning metrics, including forecast accuracy, bias, OTD performance, inventory turns, inventory obsolescence, capacity utilization, and plan attainment.
