About you:
- You are a morning person and like to start your day before the sun rises.
- You are a quick mover and appreciate getting things done efficiently.
- You like to keep your workspace clean and seek out opportunities to "leave it better than you found it."

- You acknowledge your mistakes and learn from them.

What you will be doing:
- Prep ingredients by washing, chopping, cutting, grinding, weighing, and mixing.
- Assemble salads, sandwiches, sides and desserts and package them for retail sale.
- Organize packaged food items and place in staging area for drivers to pick up and deliver.
- Clean, set up, and break down kitchen equipment, appliances, and work areas to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
- Cover, label, and date all food products, and follow all food safety rules for proper storage.
- Available to work early mornings Sunday- Wednesday 6:00AM-2:PM & Thursday 5:00AM-1:00PM
What you bring to the table:
- Basic knowledge of kitchen language
- 1-2 Years of Food Prep Experience would be nice
- Neat and professional appearance
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Conversational Spanish a plus
