\nRequirements:
  • Collaborate closely with the Leasing and Marketing departments to follow up with all the leads generated from different channels
  • Innovate and implement promotion strategies including but not limited to online/offline advertisements, (virtual) open house activities, and community succession activities
  • Participate in innovation meetings to initiate the sales plan for different seasons with flexible strategies
  • Get familiar with all of the properties and amenities offered to further develop a sales strategy
  • Provide potential tenants with relevant information in regard to their requirements and budget in a timely manner
  • Display properties for potential tenants in (virtual/field) tours and online communications (via phone call/video call) of facilities and available units
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of “Landlord and Tenant Law”, "Residential Real Estate Law" and related lawsuits; sends essential documents/notices/letters to tenants according to the requirement of time frame; responds and negotiates with tenants on specific terms and conditions
  • Communicate with tenants for necessary paperwork (leases/contracts, agreements, statements, etc.) and support the Property Management team with the check-in/out processes, pre/post-inspection, and daily maintenance requests
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor degree or above is preferred
  • 1+ year's experience in sales, leasing, real estate, or related fields
  • Familiarity with social media platforms operations (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Craigslist, Instagram, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and customer orientation
  • Excellent capability in quick learning and pressure handing
  • Knowledge of basic residential real estate law and practices
  • Proven working experience as a leasing agent is preferred
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.) and Google Suites

$19 - $20 an hour
Compensation:
 
To accelerate our leasing activity, our current commission structure for the 3 tiers has been temporarily raised until the end of August during the busiest season for the USC region.
 
$100 per signed long term lease: 1 - 19 leases in a single month
$250 per signed long term lease: 20-39 leases signed per month:
$500 per signed long term lease: 40 or more leases signed per month
After 8/31, the commission will be as follows:
 
$60 per signed long term lease: 1 - 19 leases in a single month
$100 per signed long term lease: 20-39 leases signed per month:
$150 per signed long term lease: 40 or more leases signed per month
