Trinity Rehab is seeking a dedicated PT to join our growing team in Burlington, NC. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-growing Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) alongside a supportive and close-knit therapy team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient independence and quality of life
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records

Requirements
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active (or eligible) North Carolina COTA license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to patient-centered care
