DISC Surgery Center is seeking a per diem PreOp/PACU RN for our Carlsbad location.

Monitor post-operative patients' conditions and manage their pain levels
Assess patients' vital signs and airways post-surgery
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and comfort
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families

QualificationsTo ensure success in this role, you should have:

Valid RN license
BCLS and ACLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
Proficiency in airway management and post-anesthesia recovery
2 years’ experience in acute care, PACU, or ICU experience

Compensation: $55.00 - $65.00/hour
