Janitorial Site Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Janitorial Site Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety at our facilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across assigned sites
- Train, mentor, and evaluate janitorial staff to ensure quality standards are met

- Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Address and resolve any operational issues or client concerns promptly
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company procedures
- Prepare reports on site activities, staffing, and supply usage for management review

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in janitorial or cleaning services management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform inspections and identify areas for improvement
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
