We're looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a designated long-term care facility. This part-time (20 hours/week) position offers weekday morning or midday weekday hours with scheduling flexibility needed—perfect for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships while providing exceptional patient care.

What You'll Do:

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living for hospice patients. 
• Partner with long-term care facility staff to deliver outstanding, coordinated care. 
• Support patients, families, and staff with empathy, professionalism, and excellent customer service. 
• Serve as a trusted Trellis ambassador while helping enhance the quality of life for those we serve. 

What We're Looking For:

• Current North Carolina CNA listed on the Nurse Aide Registry. 
• At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting (2 years of healthcare experience preferred). 
• A caring, dependable professional with strong communication skills and a passion for serving others.
