We’re looking for an HVAC Installation Technician who takes pride in building comfort the right way.

WHAT YOU’LL DOAs a HVAC Installation Technician, you’ll install residential heating and cooling systems safely, efficiently, and to company standards while protecting the customer’s home and supporting the installation team.
- Install split systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, package units, mini-splits, and air handlers
- Install ductwork, zoning systems, thermostats, controls, and indoor air quality equipment
- Complete equipment changeouts, start-ups, testing, and commissioning
- Read job scopes and prepare materials, tools, and equipment
- Protect the customer’s home and maintain a clean work area
- Identify installation, code, safety, and performance concerns
- Communicate job progress and changes with customers, teammates, and management
- Complete accurate installation documentation
- Keep company vehicles, tools, and materials organized
- Follow company safety, quality, and refrigerant-handling standards
- Participate in ongoing technical and professional training
- Three years of residential HVAC installation experience requested, but not required
- Experience installing a variety of residential HVAC systems
- Working knowledge of airflow, electrical, refrigeration, venting, and controls
- EPA certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company requirements
- Dependable, adaptable, and ready to learn
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
