About the TRANZACT Business Team:

The business team owns the P&L and drives the results of our organization by working with our key stakeholders to increase profitability for TRANZACT.  Our teams are comprised of passionate individuals who work together to produce valuable results by taking initiative, thinking outside the box, and having a “make it happen” attitude.  As a member of the account team at TRANZACT, you will work with the P&L owner to achieve desired business results and grow the business with internal and external stakeholders.

 

How the Position Works:

You will work directly with the P&L owner to be the central “hub” of the business and be responsible for:

 

  • Managing day-to-day business operations to ensure maximum profitability
  • Actively manage client relationships – including running meetings, managing client reporting / communications, and serving as the main liaison between our clients and internal teams
  • Project manage internal stakeholders to ensure clean execution of strategic initiatives
  • Owning regular and ad-hoc reporting / data analysis and translating it into an executable plan of action 

 

The ideal individual for this position is adept at critical thinking and skilled in producing tangible actions and results.  

 

The specific responsibilities of the role include:

    • Partner with key internal stakeholders to steer and track the overall execution of strategic tasks and projects from concept to launch
    • Analyze data and interpret results that provide clear and actionable insights and recommendations
    • Monitor KPIs and trends to troubleshoot and identify improvement opportunities
    • Participate in cross-functional meetings, providing ideas on driving growth
    • Build, maintain, and deliver detailed reporting
    • Design, develop and deliver client presentations

 

Who You Are:

    • A self-starter with a true passion to use analytics to problem solve and drive results
    • Curious and proactive when analyzing performance trends
    • Proficient in communication skills, both oral and written
    • Organized and able to work in a fast-paced, highly accountable environment
    • Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Office software applications particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
    • Able to lead, not just manage tasks; think multiple steps ahead to move an initiative forward

 

What we would love to see:

  • 3+ years of experience, ideally in Direct-to-Consumer marketing and/or Account Management
  • High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in insurance industry is a plus!

 

Compensation

The base salary compensation being offered for this role is $50,000 and above based on experience.

This role is also eligible to participate in the annual bonus program.
