About this role
We are seeking a technically experienced Training Specialist – Electrical to support technical capability development and training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify technical skills and competency gaps.
Develop electrical/technical training plans and programs.
Coordinate technical training activities and workshops.
Develop training materials and competency-development content.
Evaluate technical training effectiveness.
Liaise with technical departments and training providers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or related discipline.
Minimum 6 years' relevant Learning & Development/training experience.
Strong understanding of technical/electrical training requirements.
Strong communication, coordination and training-development capabilities.
