PRN Med Tech - All Shifts

Our vibrant community offers a full continuum of care, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, all designed to support residents in living The FULL Life on their terms.

We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable PRN Med Tech to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexibility while continuing to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults. PRN availability is needed across day, evening, and overnight shifts, and team members must be available to work at least two shifts per month.

As a Med Tech, you will enrich lives every day by using your experience and knowledge of medication administration procedures to help ensure residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods receive safe, respectful, and compassionate care. You’ll also have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and families and be a positive, reassuring presence throughout the day.

The ideal candidate will:

• Demonstrate a commitment to Touchmark’s values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have at least one year of Med Tech experience
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
• Have a genuine interest in caring for older adults and working in a senior living environment
• Be dependable and comfortable working PRN across day, evening, and overnight shifts
• Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friends™ Approach to dementia care
• Be committed to continued learning, confidentiality, and providing high-quality resident care
• Maintain a patient, professional, and compassionate demeanor when interacting with residents, families, team members, and visitors
