Personal Injury Plaintiff Attorney (Pre-Litigation) [Irvine, CA]

We are looking for a Pre-Litigation Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with 5+ years of experience to take ownership of personal injury cases from intake through settlement at a rapidly growing national PI firm. You'll join a collaborative, high-accountability team that has grown from ~20 people to nearly 100 — with real opportunities to build your career while making a direct impact on clients' lives.

What will you be doing?

Managing a full caseload of pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement

Developing case strategy, analyzing medical records, and building demand packages

Negotiating with insurance carriers and opposing counsel to maximize case value

Serving as the primary point of contact for clients — setting expectations and keeping them informed throughout the process

Collaborating closely with legal assistants, case managers, and lien negotiators to drive cases forward

Key Requirements

5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience (this is non-negotiable)

Active attorney in good standing, barred in California

Stable work history — no short-stint job hopping (e.g., multiple moves within months)

Strong negotiation skills and ability to independently manage and push cases forward

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
