About this role
We are looking for a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of personal injury experience to join TorkLaw's growing litigation team and advocate for accident victims through every stage of the legal process. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, bilingual litigator who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to handle meaningful, high-value cases alongside experienced trial attorneys.
What will you be doing?
Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from filing through resolution, including discovery, motions, and trial
Draft, file, and argue key litigation documents including discovery motions, law and motion, and oppositions to MSJs
Conduct thorough case investigations to establish liability and assess damages
Maintain consistent client communication and guide clients through each stage of litigation
Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals to develop and execute case strategy
Key Requirements
3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience with a strong focus on trial work
Minimum of 3 civil jury trials to verdict
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Licensed attorney in good standing in the applicable state
Strong knowledge of state laws and legal procedures related to personal injury litigation
