Automotive Sales Representative Responsibilities

Guide customers through the entire purchasing process, helping them select and secure the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to generate repeat and referral business
Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and confidently close sales opportunities
Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, features, financing options, and promotions
Deliver a seamless, transparent, and enjoyable buying experience from first contact to final delivery
Collaborate with team members in a high-energy, family-oriented sales environment focused on success and growth

QualificationsAutomotive Sales Representative Qualifications

Proven experience in automotive sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering an outstanding buying experience
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships
Strong organizational and time-management skills
