This role is critical in supporting efficient warehouse operations by ensuring accurate data entry, proper documentation, and seamless coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and print pick order documentation for daily shipments
• Verify order accuracy for all outgoing products
• Process inventory transfers between plant and warehouse
• Record filling and stocking updates in the Warehouse ICT system
• Close warehouse tickets and maintain organized documentation
• Enter and manage re-label and repack tickets
• Support Warehouse Leads to ensure shipment readiness
• Assist with factory pick-ups and respond to customer or rep inquiries
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Support Distribution Manager with reporting and special projects
• Maintain office supplies and ensure warehouse printers/fax machines remain operational

Collaboration

The Warehouse Data Entry Clerk will interact regularly with:

• Operations Management and Distribution Teams
• Production, Purchasing, and Traffic
• Lab/Samples, Billing, and Customer Service Representatives
• Independent Sales Representatives and Direct Customers

QualificationsQualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
• Proficient in math, keyboarding, and problem-solving
• Team-oriented and willing to assist where needed
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus

• Personal Computer (PC)
• Warehouse printers and fax equipment
• ERP and order management systems (training provided)

Safety & Compliance

Full training will be provided on warehouse safety, hazardous materials handling, and environmental precautions to ensure a safe working environment.
