Part-Time Seasonal | PM and Closing Shifts
The Club at Twin Lakes is seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our Outside Services team as an Evening Golf Cart Attendant. This position is responsible for cleaning, organizing, and properly storing golf carts at the end of each day.
Candidates should be available to work flexible afternoon, evening, weekend, and closing shifts. Shift end times may vary depending on sunset, weather conditions, tournaments, outings, and the number of golfers on the course.
Essential Job Functions
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Collecting golf carts as they are returned from the course
Removing all trash, personal items, scorecards, and debris from carts
Thoroughly cleaning and wiping down golf carts
Checking carts for visible damage or maintenance concerns
Reporting damaged or unsafe carts to the Pro Shop or manager on duty
Cleaning and organizing the cart barn and surrounding work areas
Emptying trash cans and disposing of trash in the appropriate dumpster
Wrapping and properly storing hoses and cleaning supplies
Assisting with tournament, league, and golf-outing cart setup when needed
Communicating with the Pro Shop regarding carts still on the course
Confirming that all carts have been returned and properly stored before leaving
Completing closing checklists and other assigned duties
Following all safety procedures and facility policies

Reporting Structure
The Evening Golf Cart Attendant reports to the General Manager of Golf, Assistant Director of Golf Operations, and the manager on duty.
Position Type: Part-Time, Seasonal
Schedule: Afternoon, evening, weekend, and closing shifts
This is a seasonal position; however, our golf season continues until winter weather and consistent frost prevent play.
Primary Responsibilities: Cleaning, inspecting, organizing, and storing golf carts in the cart barn

Be dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Be available for afternoon, evening, weekend, and closing shifts
Be comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
Be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Show initiative and attention to detail
Communicate clearly with the Pro Shop and management
Maintain a professional and respectful attitude
Have reliable transportation
Be willing to stay until all assigned carts and closing responsibilities are completed
